Before agreement acceptance
You may request cancellation before e-signing the final Loan Agreement and before disbursal begins. Once the lender agreement is accepted or disbursal has started, cancellation is subject to the lender's terms and applicable law.
Processing charges
- Any applicable processing charge will be shown before acceptance and governed by the lender documents.
- Fund Lelo does not request an upfront fee merely to submit or review an application.
- If verification rejects an application before disbursal, no charge is collected unless clearly permitted and disclosed.
Duplicate or mistaken payments
Send transaction details, date, amount and application reference to support@fundlelo.com as soon as possible. After verification, eligible excess or duplicate amounts are returned through the original payment route, normally within 5 to 7 working days.
Important limitation
A repayment made toward an active loan is not a refund request. It is credited against the outstanding amount under the lender's Loan Agreement. Keep your payment receipt until the transaction is confirmed.
